Thanks for all the info fifi can I ask was the prog cream prescribed by a doctor? I had a very early mc in jan.. Hoping for a BFP again soon but worry about my prog as it's 28.6/30 on day 21 which is just making it into adequate levels. So I would be interested to know more about the cream. So pleased for you, you must be so excited! Obviously the more relaxed approach has worked for you!!!

You're welcome Sparkly. The cream wasn't prescribed by a doctor , my acupuncturist recommended it. I've always wandered if my progesterone was on the low side- short leuteal phase and spotting- I was 2 days late last month which was really strange for me so she suggested trying it.
Sorry to hear about your MC. Give your body time to heal and your BFP will appear.

I hear you! I'm only on cycle two and I'm desperate for it to happen!! So you can just buy the cream over counter?? I'm the same- spotting and shorter LP. I will keep everything crossed for you, this WILL be your sticky BFP! Exciting! You are preggers!!!

Sparkly, I'm still here. Dp's having a rare day off so we've been walking in the drizzle and had a gorgeous lunch out and I am so full! I started telling him about my scan, only got as far as mentioning my uterus and he said no that's enough, I don't need to know things like that! Haha God help him if he ever stumbles across this thread or if he has to support me in labour

Sparkly, thank you for your kind words. It's just frustrating being miles away and having to rely on others for info. You can't rush these things though and when there are so many people involved and no will or anything in place it's difficult.
I don't know why your temps are lower, mine have don't that before, do you look at 'charts like mine?'

spinning glad the scan went well. Fx those vitamins work their magic on DH. And yes I did temp most of this cycle, was a really boring chart though!

I found out in the last week, aged 34, that the position of the cervix changes. It totally does as well, I've been prodding it. Bodies are amazing.
Thought I'd share that revelation :)

Hokey moley I have had a stressful afternoon. Tootled along to a meeting I was invited to (but knew very little about) turns out they thought I was an expert on the subject they were discussing and I ended up having to lead the discussion. Now in desperate need of a hot bath, a glass of and some chocolate but can't have any of those :( any destressinf suggestions?

Mummy, so sorry to hear about your FIL

DH and I are thinking of doing some AI as well as DTD this cycle so Sparkly and other AI ladies I may well need some advice/tips in a couple of weeks time. I actually bought a turkey baster but feel a bit overwhelmed about it all.

Night, I downloaded some anti-stress/relaxation aps on my phone, quite often listen to one before bed to help me switch off.
