Re the thyroid issue- that's interesting about the borderline results. This is where the NHS irritate me (not you night you are lovely... ) borderline results/low test parameters etc.. I've been down this road so many times. But if NICE say so it's tough to find a way round it.

Knit My sis isn't ovulating properly hence the IVF. She is also only producing 4 maybe 5 eggs which are fighting it out for ovulation each month where as it should be around 8. She is 39 and has been trying for 2 years.

dojo that sucks for your sis How did she find out she wasn't ovulating properly? Did she have negative ov test etc or did she have to have a doctor's test to find out? (sorry to be nosy, feel free not answer!)

This TTC lark is a bugger really isn't it? So emotionally draining.

Anyone else on the same kind of cycle as me this month? Currently cd 18 and in midst of 2ww...fun times!

Hello! I'm tentatively checking in....I've only gone and got my BFP!

This was my 4th cycle post MMC. I thought something was up, FRer thurs and fri both -ve (probably testing too early!). I was nearly sick cooking minced beef fri pm, then wine tasted funny. CB digi also -ve sat night. I help out until this morning and got the 'Pregnant 1-2'. So chuffed. DH doesn't know test as he's away skiing....and still taking his well man vits!

knit I don't know the full background as she only started telling me what was going on at Christmas. I knew she had been trying for a while. She lives in Holland and is only just registered with a Drs over there. I think she didn't bother seeing a UK Dr and went straight to a IVF clinic after it didn't work after two years of TCC. They did all the blood tests and scans. She had an ultrasound and internal last month and that's when she was informed that not only is she not ovulating properly the eggs she is producing aren't all suitable of fertilisation. IVF is really her only option. The chances of her conceiving naturally are about 5%.

fifi wow! Just goes to show we shouldn't test early!! Amazing! Congratulations lovely . Can you let is know your stats? Did you do anything differently this cycle? So happy to hear you have your BFP after your mmc. I know you must feel a whirl of emotions!

My slightly muddled stats are:
4th cycle post MMC, I have regular 28 cycles but tend to ov on day 19.
I've been having acupuncture since January, drinking more water and trying to relax more.
I haven't been temping as I'd get too obsessed.
I bought the wrong OPKs- have used digi I the past- these were the blue dye ones which all seemed to give the same result.
The only times in the fertile period that we DTD were cd14 and cd16, then DH got a stinking cold (man flu).
I've just started using a bio-identical progesterone cream as I had a normal (light) period after both of my last BFPs.
I've also got DH to take well man conception vits this month.

Don't worry pervy old man Sparkly, I won't leave you. The FB thread is more to talk about non TTC related stuff. I think people will still come on here to describe their CM.
