4 days early bleed again :( anyone else?

usually im bang on 28 day cycle howevrr last month and this month iv started bleeding 4 days early anyone else had this? not on very heavy but having to use a tampon but just havin cramps but they feel weird? i really thought we had cracked it this month feeling dissapointed

Is it definitely AF and not implantation? I assume you've done a test?

iv not done a test yet no, i feel so sick its unbelievablr been burping all day sorry tmi lol, cramps but feel weird, had a fee clots tho i think ill get one done asap
