Soya Help Needed

Hi Ladies

I took my 1st dose last night 100mg CD3, was intending to do 3-7.
I have woken up with very swollen eyelids and had to take Benadryl, AF has also stopped overnight but should be on for another 2 days.

Has anyone else had swollen eyelids on Soya and kept taking it?
Has anyone else had Soya stop AF?
If I don't take 4-7 what effect will 1 dose of had on cycle?

Stop taking it. This is a high dose of an estrogen (soy contains phyto-estrogens). Unless of course you had very low estrogen to start with and that's why you were advised to take this? One of the side effects of estrogens can be hives and oedema as seen on your eyelids (others are inhibiting ovulation and of course the uterus reacts to it, too- maybe that's why your af stopped).

Soy stopped my period pretty much as soon as I took it. Also raised my bbt. No swelling or anything though.

Thank you for the advice. I didn't take it again and AF has restarted.
