Amy I might book an appt for tomorrow, even just to calm myself down.

TakesTwo congratulations - fx for testing again.

Purdey Spoke to DS this morning about breakfast before I remembered to temp so didn't take as wouldn't have been accurate and would give me false hope. The longest cycle I have ever had was 32 days but wasn't temping then so don't know when I ov'd.

I am really stressed at the moment, FIL back in intensive care with little improvement, MIL broke her foot, car broken. Everything is going wrong, could that keep AF away if indeed I have ovulated?

MaMaPo · 03/03/2015 10:23

Takestwo great news. Congratulations.

Sorry for AF, boris and juney, and temp drops too. It sucks, huh.

8dpo here, but due to stupid short luteal phase, AF is due Friday. If it doesn't arrive I'll join the POAS party (will be first opportunity to test in about 6 months due to aforementioned stupid short LP).

No symptoms, boring. Only weird thing is a racing heartbeat, but I think that's anxiety.

tessiegirl · 03/03/2015 10:25

Morning all!! Smile

Congrats Takestwo!! Lovely news!

Best of luck Chasing

Sorry for temp drop Sammy Hang on in there

So pleased you have a plan c Juney

Hope Nancy's collarbone has reset Purdey

Just plodding along here...not sure what dpo I am as ff still not been able to confirm ovulation...maybe 6dpo?

scrunchiemount · 03/03/2015 10:28

mummy sorry you're having a hard time. I've read that stress can only affect when you ovulate rather than AF herself (someone please feel free to correct me as I might be talking bollocks).

Amyyy27 · 03/03/2015 10:34

mummy i think thats a good idea better than feeling you are doing nothing i would imagine! Hope it goes well for you or they can at least let you know what is going on x

gennibugs · 03/03/2015 10:34

chasing I am hoping hoping hoping for you!!

mummy fx you are out of limbo one way or another. Stress has caused my AF to be late before so could be that? Have you tried using a frer to test?

mummyofonesofar · 03/03/2015 10:42

Tried the temps corrector - which just gave me higher temps as normal waking time is 0600 after the predicted ov day on CD19 I took temp at 0500 and on CD20 took at 0440 as was anxious about taking my temp on time!

Just don't feel my usual tugging which I always get before AF. Had some pain this morning but it wasn't AF pain - maybe trapped wind? I have an itchy nipple again no idea if that could be a symptom.

Just want to be out of limbo. Thanks for all the kind words and support. These buses are so lovely. Thank you Flowers

mummyofonesofar · 03/03/2015 10:44

gennibugs I haven't used a frer as thought it would be a waste of time - surely a 10ml IC and a clear blue should pick up pregnancy at 16dpo. Will pop to superdrug later - does it have to me FMU with them or can I test after work?

PurdeyBirdie · 03/03/2015 10:46

Thanks, Tessie, doc showed us the x-ray of her teeny tiny collarbone Sad She is an absolute superstar to have been so happy and sunny-natured since her fall. She is Supertot Smile

I agree with Scrunchie about ovulation and stress; only if ov has been delayed will AF be late too.

Takes, congratulations on your bfp.

I am cd5 and not even temping yet. Can't be arsed. Will probably start at CD9 or summat.

PurdeyBirdie · 03/03/2015 10:48

Mummy, I'm sorry you have all those troubles at home. Take a deep breath and hold on tight, love. This, too will pass Thanks

gennibugs · 03/03/2015 10:58

mummy the month I got my BFP I didn't get a positive until 16dpo and only on a frer. ICs and a boots own brand showed nothing. i then got a bfp on a digi later that day. i did mine with fmu but i think you can use them later im the day. That's why I wondered if it might be worth trying? Either way I really hope you get some answers soon.

babsbunny · 03/03/2015 11:09

Right ladies. I need some light relief. CD 9. DH at home in UK, me at parents caring for mum who got 2 new knees last week. No dtd as due to logistical issues. Nephew 2 currently in surgery having his kidneys fixed. Nephew 1 sitting after school today as sis up at hospital. Need a project for a 5 year old. Have glue, paint, cereal boxes and tin foil. Any suggestions?

babsbunny · 03/03/2015 11:10

Hope everyone is well. Sorry for self absorbed rant

TakesTwoToTango · 03/03/2015 11:19

Wow chasing fingers crossed for you here!

TakesTwoToTango · 03/03/2015 11:21

babs a space rocket??

chasingtherainbow · 03/03/2015 11:23

Potentially got over excited. I noticed my pee has been pretty luminous the past 2/3 days and decided to Google if it's a pregnancy symptom. . Apparently not, so perhaps my little stingy feeling is actually a uti. Bugger

scrunchiemount · 03/03/2015 11:27

totally off topic here but anyone got any advice on hiding 2 cats from a landlord?!

Amyyy27 · 03/03/2015 11:37

babs that sounds so fun I want to join in Grin maybe a castle!

scrunchie do you have any family or friends that could cat-sit while the landlord visits?

pulpi · 03/03/2015 11:46

Just checking in. Currently in Canada, jetlagged and exhausted. Still a few days from ovulation, but I'm quietly confident about this month. A whole load of stress just disappeared yesterday because I finished my PhD. A few revisions to the dissertation and it's done. Still waiting on DH's non-chicken poxy sperm, though, which could take until April. Still, one less thing to stress about must be good.

spinningirl10 · 03/03/2015 11:46

Taketwo, congratulations Grin

Chasing, got my fx for you.

Purdey, is Nancy in plaster? I'm clueless with breaks!

Mummy, sorry to hear fil is back in intensive careThanks

Hairstylisttoboris · 03/03/2015 11:52

mummy sorry to hear of everything going on. I'd try a free with fmu. Stress has really delayed my periods before so it could well be that. Flowers for you.

mamapo fellow short cycle sufferer - did you try soy again?

babs and takes def a space rocket. Great minds think alike. Taking off from a field with grass and flowers.

purds good to hear Nancy is doing ok. Poor wee mite.

News from me, I bit the bullet and registered with a doctors surgery and made an appointment. The first date they could see me is March 31st. Still it's progress to my bfp. I came off the pill on 17 May 2014. Been a long journey thus far.

spinningirl10 · 03/03/2015 11:53

Babs, stick the boxes together, cover with Tin foil and make a monsterGrin hours of fun!

Hairstylisttoboris · 03/03/2015 11:54
