Good luck romeo this is my first cycle post mc too so no real idea what is happening. FF thinks I've now ovulated but I'm taking that with a pinch of salt for the time being

Age 37, ttc #2, cycle 9, BFP due 22 March (ds's birthday - not the best timing!)
Have emerged from my disbelief that AF arrived as I had stupidly convinced myself that last month was the one (spent a bloody fortune on tests but nothing) and trying to be more positive this month but finding it hard. Am on the clearblue opk trial this month though so fingers crossed.
And fingers crossed for all the lovely ladies here

Sammy, I just wish I had pushed for a referral when I got my 21 day bloods back in January. Oh well, maybe we will be lucky and get a quicker appointment. I’m sure they will just say keep trying until the 2 year mark given our test results are all ok but at least the ball is rolling. I’m sure having the HyCoSy privately won’t affect IVF on NHS – I had mine privately and can still have IVF on NHS. Worth double checking though. Apparently lots of people get their BFP after the HyCoSy though hopefully it won’t come to that for you.

Hi Juney, thank you. I recognise you from the Feb bus and my lurking on/off posting on here, nice to officially meet you though I’ve been on the buses since May and the last 10 months would have been a lot harder without them.

I’ve had a few high temps now so assuming I oved early due to the Maca and missed it- oops! Maca is supposed to be good for libido too so I have got DH to start taking it and hopefully we can do every other day next cycle. Had a bit of PMT rage last night so my money is on AF arriving next Wednesday which may well mean I get to stay on this bus.

I've just been kicked off the feb bus by AF, so I'm hoping I can travel to BFP-land with all of you instead.

My stats are:

TheSortingCat, 29, ttc #1, cycle 3 after mmc, BFP due around the 22nd, but my cycles have been a bit irregular since my mc, so could be earlier or later.

I am CD 2 today. Boring!

Thanks auroraboringalis I did rather take the whole thing as a sort of 'Aha! I always knew everything was terrible and now I have proof'. Feeling a lot more like myself now, and even fancy going for a run so must be on the mend (or mad).

brickie I think I might be a week behind you as I started with my mc around 20th. I normally have painful but short AF so this has already worn out its welcome as far as I'm concerned. No bfn yet, but the EPU told me to test on Friday and let them know the result so I guess they're hoping for it to be done by then.

Fx for that as it would mean March would hopefully have a smaller slice of my 'how I spent my money' pie chart marked 'peeing on stuff'

Flipping eck. Just lost massive post!

Gist of it was... Don't use opks as get ov pain. Last load of cycles were 30/31 days with ov around 17. Last cycle ov pain cd12-14, 28 day cycle. This cycle ov pain last night and today cd10/11! Crazy stuff! Thought I had time :-(

I haven't had a chance to read back since earlier but wanted to give you an update ladies...I called Clearblue and they say I should count yesterday as my first peak day even though I didn't get a peak until the evening

Lucie, I don't think you would need to have the HyCoSy before IVF as it is just to clear any blockage in the tubes stopping the egg and sperm from meeting. You hear about cancellations all the time so fx tightly!

Enjoy your acupuncture Spinning - yep, came across it a few times when I was googling Maca, not sure how much truth there is in it but worth a try - at this stage we will try anything!

I had really bad ovulation pain this month, I swear my eggs are the size of an ostriches! And I looked at least six months preg, my tummy was massive. I've always been aware of ovulation before but never in this much pain wonder if it's a sign?
Anyway today's symptom spottings include itchy boobs needs a shower and moodiness normal personality
I read some kind of scientific calculation last night that said if you are 35+ and are on your 6month of trying you only have around a 9% chance of conceiving damn google! I wish you were never invented!

I have had my first session with my gp about having no luck with ttc. I was expecting to fight to get the ball rolling but he was very kind and really took his time. First step is lots of blood tests which I have done - results next week. :)
