Ovulated late this month

I usually ovulate on day 16 of 28/29 day cycle. This month I ovulated on day 19/20 so does that mean there's no chance of a bfp?

Think there is still a chance as long as you did some sexing! I usually ovulate on day 19 of a 33 day cycle and have got pregnant pretty quickly twice (although second ended in mmc last December).

I'd you're sure you ovulated late, don't forget that af will be later than usual. Sorry if that's obvious!

Definitely sure because I use OPKs. However I'm glad you said that because I have been a bit confused, I thought AF would still be on time therefore the egg wouldn't have time to implant hence no chance of bfp.

Nope, your luteal phase should be the same as usual, so af/bfp due about two weeks after ovulation. You'll be getting yourself in a right pickle if you assume af due on usual date as you'll start testing and be getting negative because it will be too early!
