How long did it take for your af to return after implant removal?

Just curious really.
Had mine out about 6 weeks ago and thought I ov'd about 2 weeks later (not sure as it's been a while) but no af.
Last period finished about the first week in jan so about 7/8 weeks ago.

Mine was only a couple of weeks after I think.

33 days though technically my cycle had actually been 72 days as I had af from the 3rd of dec, implant out on 9th of January and next af on the 12th of Feb.

March 7 my implant came out, I ov'd April 29 and period May 12.

That was after 5 years. 2 rods, with the second only in for a year.

Immediately! Mine had technically 'expired' though as I had it in longer than the recommended 3 years. I had breakthrough bleeding on the implant but wasn't sure if it was AF or not. Got AF on the day I had the implant removed and conceived 16 days later. Fertility should return fairly quickly with the implant out as the hormones are no longer being released into your system.

I just realised I had my math wrong. 5 years but first out in 2012, second in early 2014 so almost 2 years with that one in.

I can't guarantee I didn't OV earlier than April 29 because I only started using OPK's in April and I have 34 day cycles.

Concieved within 3 days of having it removed after 3rd implant!

I had periods with it in, and conceived within a week the first time I took it out and after a month the second time. Good luck

29 days after it was removed. I didn't have any bleeding while I had the implant and since I had it removed 10 months ago my periods have been pretty regular.

Period returned quickly for me but I'm now into my 18th month of TTC and nothing... :(

Definitely not pregnant either (bought a cheapie to be sure).

I've always been completely regular!

I didn't bleed with the implant in at all and it took about 53 days to get AF after it was removed. I know it's frustrating waiting but from what I read at the time it does just seem totally random. I hope you it arrives for you soon though

6 weeks to the day of the removal before af arrived for me. I had regular bleeding whilst it was in but nothing, not even a withdrawal bleed after removal until 6 weeks later. 6 weeks after that I got my bfp :-)
