I'm currently on cycle 3. First time OV after BC I had very sharp, hot pains all afternoon on OV day. Second time it lasted for about 4hrs (both ov confirmed with temp rise).
Since Friday I've had a dull pinching on my right side, yesterday I had horrendous AF type cramp for about 10mins which took my breath away & today the ache is still there & hurts more during DTD or BM. I've stopped temping so not sure if OV has happened yet; only felt OV pains on the right btw.
Is it normal to last so long & do you think I've OV'd already? Kinda wish I'd kept temping!
