Hi all, just wondering whether anyone has any experience of buying / making / drinking these? They seem a bit of a faff to make but I can't help thinking ... what if they are the thing that will help me FINALLY get pregnant. !

I have started taking smoothies with a teaspoon of macca each day as I had read it can regulate your hormones.

I was having green smoothies to try and lose weight originally so thought I might as well give it a try and my cycle was 28 days this month which it hasn't been for some time - I usually have a short cycle. I can't be sure it's the smoothies as this is the first month of taking the macca but I will carry on.

What sort of ingredients were you thinking of using for your fertility smoothies?

I was originally thinking of doing the 10 day fertility smoothie challenge but that's a different smoothie every day for 10 days so could work out expensive. What else do you put in yours?

I mostly have green smoothies so a base of kale or spinach then add things like avocado or celery and a small amount of fruit. I usually have spirulina powder as well. Just trying to be more healthy in general and hoping that will help me to conceive.

Haven't actually looked at any recipes specifically for fertility but will have a look. Just happened to read an article about macca and thought well it can't hurt. I get most of my recipes from pinterest by the way.

After almost 4 years of trying I'm prepared to try moat things - think I'm going to choose a couple of the recipes and see how I go. I'm trying to eat more kale and spinach, can't say I'm enjoying it though SadSad
