stopping anti depressants for ttc

Just wondering if anyone else is in this boat and needing to vent, rant or just chat

I have been on ssri's on and off Since I was 18 and solidly for the last 10 years. Last September I started to come off them with a view to ttc baby #1 In the new year.

I've found the last 5 months rewarding (in that I never thought I could function without them but also a bit of a roller coaster of emotions, stress and anxiety.

My biggest realisation by far is that, despite spending my 20s thinking I could get pregnant at the drop of a hat and desperately trying not to, this ttc business is trickier than I had anticipated!
