Has anyone had good results with this if not producing much or any CM.

dependson what you mean by good results. I've been using it for 6 cycles, not got a BFP yet. But it makes DTD easier, especially quickies lol

I have got pg twice with this when having tired, functional sex. I think I may be pg now, if so three times. Obviously I don't know how far conceive plus helped but it certainly didn't hinder!

Yes - I have got pregnant twice using it and just heard that a friend got pregnant when they used it for the first time after TTC for 8 months.
