Morning everyone. Happy Thursday. There seem to be a lot of us expecting AF either today or in the next couple of days- fx the witches stay away!
Congratulations Lady- there is something there! Good luck with the FRER test. Also congrats to shnickyshnackers- lucky lady on DTD twice and getting pregnant :)
Loving the knitting ladies- I have never learnt to knit, but I think it sounds like immense fun. I like to get stuck into a cross-stitching project every now and again, but it's really not a skilled task!
Glad you're back purdey- the bus just wasn't the same without you.
Soooo CD28 for me. If (and it's a big if) I have a 28 day cycle, then AF is definitely imminent, but as it's my first 'real' cycle since stopping the pill in November, I really don't know when she'll show up. Had bad cramps on Tuesday night and yesterday, but nothing so far today.
Here's a curious thing I've noticed this month: ever since I can remember, I've had really dry skin. I thought it was just my skin type- having dry patches and having to moisturise all the time, but around the time I got the positive OPK two weeks ago, my skin changed completely, and was so clear. Not dryness, no need to use moisturiser- it was perfect! This week, it's gone back to being really dry and I've got the patches, just like when I was on the pill. So I think that might signal that I am due AF and not pregnant. Weird.
Just got back from my acupuncture appointment. I told him all my symptoms and he said obviously that I could be pregnant, but that he was going to treat me as if I was expecting AF, bearing in mind that I made the original appointment with him because I hadn't had a period for 2 months. I told him that all the symptoms I have point to AF, except I haven't had PMS. I'm in such a good mood this week! I don't want to cry, or kill anyone, which is unusual for me. He said that it could be down to the acupuncture masking the PMS.
Sorry for the huge post. Might go and check my knickers again now...
