but had symptoms on and off all month (PMT, stomach cramps etc).

Anyone else had the contraceptive implant, and able to tell me when periods come back?

you can ovulate in the first month after removal. dd1 proves it pos test 6 weeks after removal.

i had all the symptoms too......

Thanks for replying MrsApron. I guess I as just expecting my period to come back quite quickly, so it doesn't feel real that I could ovulate.

Want to TTC, so would be good news, and not using another form of contraception. Just kind of feel like can't really start trying till period comes.

But obviously that could be wrong!

It was a bit of a shock I admit!

I was having cramps hot flushes the works by six weeks i had convinced myself that I had had a premature menopause whilst on it. I nearly collapsed at a positive test.

You never know you could be lucky!

Its strange, like you I have had symptoms for the last 4 weeks, but the pregnancy tests are negative!

Then again, you never know when it will actually show up, so just waiting really.

Many thanks and congratulations on yours.
