Hi cinnamon
Hopefully you'll see a darker line soon Paige
Looks like we are in a similar boat pony

Romeolovesjuliet · 19/02/2015 07:30

Welcome pony, sorry you find yourself here. I'm also waiting for a BFN following medical mgt almost 4 weeks ago. Still bleeding a but at the mo though so it's all taking it's sweet time and I have just about had enough! I'm going to call the epu again today and see if I can go in on Monday as I'm so anxious at the moment.
Hope everyone has a good day Smile

chasingtherainbow · 19/02/2015 07:40

9dpo is mega early BUT I think explains your faint line. . I reckon if you can hold out till 14 dpo, you'll get a nice strong line on a frer. Good luck and fingers tightly crossed for you

chasingtherainbow · 19/02/2015 07:41

Flowers for all the new ladies joining us. It's a wonderful thread to be on despite the circumstances that bought us here.

Baby dust for all.

HeavenKnowsImMiserableNow · 19/02/2015 08:31

Hi Paige, I'm getting the same results as you too. Had 2 days of lines so faint that I'm wondering if I've imagined them on my internet cheapies tests. I'm testing early, AF is 'due' Saturday but my cycle has varied from 28 to 38 days since mmc so who knows how early I'm testing.

Think I'll get a clear blue and test again next week once my Mum's gone home, hope it confirms my BFPSmile

Amyyy27 · 19/02/2015 09:20

Morning everyone!

Paige I can see the lines (whispers congrats!!) but agree to wait a couple days and test again for a clearer result :)

Welcome to the new ladies and sorry you're here Flowers

Kicking myself today, we agreed to dtd every day this week and I fell asleep whilst reading through the thread while OH was in the shower last night, and apparently I was un-wakeable.. oops! And then we slept in so no time this morning :( I don't even know what's happening this month... CD17 of a predicted 32 day cycle.. although last was 31 and 2 previous were 33 following MC... so could possibly be shorter? Watery cm since Monday but not even the slightest ewcm (although I'm unsure how quickly it can appear?) And negative (cheapy) opks all week... have been doing them when I get in from work around 5.30pm-6pm could I be doing them too late? I know they advise between 10am and 8pm but is there a peak time?

gennibugs · 19/02/2015 10:48

Good luck paige. Hoping it's good news for you.

nothing exciting to report here - no positives on my opks and temps seem all over the place. Mind you I'm not sleeping well so could be why.

amy I normally do my opk around lunchtime and then follow up with 2 more later in the afternoon/evening if I think I'm close to a positive so I catch it. its tricky when at work though! I would think 5.30 should be ok but I'm no expert!

Amyyy27 · 19/02/2015 11:11

Oh genni it never even crossed my mind to do more than one! I still think tomorrow could be the day so best go and stock up and keep testing. It would be too hard for me to get away with peeing in something to test at work but could possibly get away with poas.. will have to venture to the shops on my dinner break and see what I find!

Amyyy27 · 19/02/2015 11:35

Just looking on internet at poas kind opk and boots have 7 for £10... has anyone used these and would recommend?

TeenieDeenie · 19/02/2015 12:48

Welcome to all the new ladies joining us Flowers

Tentative congrats to Paige and Heaven. FX for you both!

CD26 here and I'm struggling. Not only do I have a stinking cold and but I cannot get comfortable... So crampy in my pelvic area and totally bloated which is awful for someone like me that sits at a desk all day long. I am sitting with my top trouser button undone (hope no one notices) whilst not taking any tablets for this bloody cold just in case I am pg. Plan to poas Saturday if I can hold out til then.

Amyyy27 · 19/02/2015 13:28

Good luck Teenie ! Fx :)

TeenieDeenie · 19/02/2015 13:53

Thanks Amy am shitting myself! Confused

chasingtherainbow · 19/02/2015 14:06

You can do it teenie ? hold out and get a nice strong line!

Amyy I think peak should be between 10-12 as far as I know. Which tests are boots ones you talk of? I've only got 3 sticks left and I refuse to buy more unless I need them which since I absolutely intend to be pregnant this cycle I won't Wink

Cd 11 so ill test tomo, cd13 and 14. I've never had a pos cheapy opk.

Just had my friend here. We started ttc at the same time. I've just been cuddling her 6 mo.

Amyyy27 · 19/02/2015 14:23

Chasing They're just a pack of 7 ovulation sticks (the ones that look like pg tests) for £9.99. I've done one at lunch time and theres a definite line but not dark enough to be O :( I also only had 3 sticks left and was thinking the same as you haha "Its just a waste of money buying more when I know I'm gunna be pg this month!" ... but I still went ahead and bought some more! I'm panicking a bit I had it all planned out that I would get a positive today and that would be that... Is it possible you can still O but not see your LH surge/ test at the wrong time?

That must have been hard [hugs] but you will have your little one to hold soon enough because this is the cycle! I'm sure of it! Grin

I have these^

I just don't know. Unless your wee is just super dilute at the time you poas that it's not registering? But presumably you've had a positive before peeing at the same time? Every day is pretty full on..the times I got pregnant I didn't do any opk and just dtd eod. So I think you'll be fine despite falling asleep!

I'm hoping I get my positive of cd13/14 .. The 2ww will kill me!

sebsmummy1 · 19/02/2015 14:58

Hi girls, sadly I'm back here again Sad

We have just come out of our 12 week scan and the baby died at 11 weeks. No idea why but I seem to have just this moment noticed some dark mucus so I guess the MC is starting. They seem to want me to MC naturally, I an not keen as I am terrified. I will ring them tomorrow and discuss. Haven't even cried as I'm totally numb.

Amyyy27 · 19/02/2015 15:00

This is my first cycle using them so its probably just me! Hmm I am drinking a lot of water lately and was 'reducing' for 2 hours before testing but maybe I should just cut all fluids out for the 2 hours before, that could be it. Will try again today at my usual time without drinking anything and see how that goes!

Gah I was stood with those ones in my hand and my stingy mind didn't want to pay the extra Blush will get those next month if needed definitely won't be needed due to BFP :)

Oh so our 2ww is gunna be close together! I'm gunna try not to symptom spot this month although I know I totally will as I had myself convinced the last 2 months I was pg!

gennibugs · 19/02/2015 15:00

I find I get nothing on opks then wham suddenly get a strong line. Before MC I used to know roughly when to expect the pos opk but now I have no idea. I tried using the fancy cb dual opks but they just confirmed what the cheapie were showing to went back to those again as so much cheaper off amazon. I've never used the boots ones amyy but Im sure they would be fine. I only learnt to do more than one opk from the ladies on the ttc buses - and realised they were right and it does work better with the cheapie ones. Hope you get your pos soon.

teenie hope you are ok - you must be a myriad of emotions right now.

chasing that must have been hard in some ways but you sound like you were brave. I find those situations so difficult.

Amyyy27 · 19/02/2015 15:01

Sebs I'm so so sorry for your loss Flowers

gennibugs · 19/02/2015 15:02

Oh sebsmummy I am so sorry to read your post. I remember you from the sept ante natal thread I think. What sad sad news.ThanksThanks

Amyyy27 · 19/02/2015 15:08

Genni what times would you normally do yours? I'm thinking 12pm and 6pm Confused

brickiemum2 · 19/02/2015 15:08

sebs Flowers Sad

brickiemum2 · 19/02/2015 15:10

I think my hcg might be finally dropping after the mmc/erpc. I've stopped bleeding also.
The test on the left was 24 hours ago, right was half an hour ago.I could be back to ttc again soon!

TTC after mc #4
chasingtherainbow · 19/02/2015 15:14

Oh sebsmummy Sad I just... I'm so..so sorry. So so cruel. Is there anything we/ I can do? Flowers

Amyy they are expensive. I'd love to use cheapie strips but they just don't work for me. Maybe they would now I have regular cycles.

I hope to test on hubby's bday on the 7th but I'd be due on the 9th I think. So somewhere around there. The 2 ww is a crusher. I'm already dreading it.

northdownmummy · 19/02/2015 15:23

Oh sebsmummy that's so sad and unfair.
