I told DH and showed him the digital. He was shocked but v v happy. Over the moon really!!! Just praying for a sticky bean! Right enough of me whose next!!!!! Luckiest thread ever!!!! Xx

My what the hell mystery deepens I now got a positive ov test my flashing smiley has gone to a solid with a stronger line than yesterday at 9 dpo while still bleeding too which started on 4 dpo evening has continue ever since first spotting then having a bit more of a bleed. My cb was still negative but it's few days early for my normal cyckle . I last got a solid smiley on my tests last week tue and other ov singns then too familiar pain on the right side and ewcm .im feeling nauseous and boobs hurt and swear yesterday was running to the loo all the time . I have a chronic illness that could cause the nausea though . I don't understand what the hell my body is doing

Hi mamma, thanks for your message. Unfortunately our first ivf treatment was unsuccessful It all seemed to go fairly well and we had two decent blastocysts transferred on day 5. They said about 50% chance but it didn't work It has been hard as we both felt quite positive about it. We want to try again fairly soon but I have been looking into other tests before hand and it's all so confusing...don't know whether to go for hysteroscopy, hsg, immune testing or if it was just bad luck. Still waiting to hear back from my doctor at the clinic so maybe things will be clearer then. I'm so worried about the next time now though as I just think if this time has failed then what will be different next time.

Awh Lucie I'm so so sorry to hear that. I'm sure it is just down to luck, as a lot of people get great odds of ivf working but it doesn't always work 1st time. But it will be good to see what the doctor says. Keep in touch and let me know how your doing and what's next for you. I know it's so hard to accept that it didn't work this time but never give up! It will happen, never stop believing that x

Thank you mama I'm trying to stay positive although it is hard at times. I'm really hoping my clinic will contact me early next week as I think it would help to have a plan in place. I will keep you updated anyway. I hope you are finding things a little easier now x x

Thanks Lucie, yes I am doing a lot better. More positive and determined that we will get our little one. Beyond desperate to be pregnant again soon but I know I need to be patient and get on with living my life also. We will get there though and when we do it will be so immense! X

Cycle # who knows now. Waiting on hubs SA result and then take it from there. I haven't tracked this month but think I'm about 2/3 dpo. We shall see!

Ella it really does get the the point where you lose track of cycle numbers doesn't it! Good luck with sa results, I hope they are all fine.

Fine mama! Sore bbs and shattered but other than that hardly any change! V v slight nausea when I wake first thing in morning but soon goes- it's just work at the min days seem so long cos I'm so tired!!!! Thanks for asking

Awh that's good mrschatty, all is going well :) I know what you mean about the tiredness, I was coming home and napping on my lunch hour! Nausea is a good sign though, I didn't really have that and it made me think all was not well as I was so sick the last time. Sounds like it's all progressing great, very pleased for you :)

So sorry to hear the first round didn't work out Lucie but glad to hear you'll keep at it.

Nothing much to report from me - except every day on Facebook is yet another pregnancy announcement. It's really getting me down and I haven't felt that at all before. Still desperately hitting the gym and trying to lose weight but it's very slow progress and I'm not a patient person!
