Hi vic Yeah, I'm OK. Just getting on with things really, new job is taking up a lot of my time. We've kind of fallen back into the way things were before TTC since finding out IVF is around the corner. DTD once or twice a week, no vitamins and potions (apart from folic acid), booked to go on two holidays over the next 3 months!

It feels good... que sera, sera and all that!

Will be nice if that TWW happens on your holiday- apparently that's what worked for my sister both times. BTW, I really LOLed at "Sahara foof" this AM. LOLOLOLOLOL!

I haven't actually heard back about the job vic, but no, I wouldn't be taking it now as it was only a one-year contract.

Glad you're getting on with your life Lindsay, 2 hols sound fab! Where are you going?

non differences yet again. Been told to take 50 gonal f to grow the egg(s) and then take this other drug for a few days to stop it being released prematurely, then take the trigger. Apparently we go in at 8am, dh produces sample and then they spin it down etc and then it goes back in around 11am. That sound right?!

Vic I've always gone in at 8am too, dropped sample off, gone for a cuppa then back at 9am for insemination. Don't forget to ask them what the sample strength and motility was post wash and spinning as they only normally say 'good' unless you ask for specifics! You know us, we like to obsess over stats :)

I think we got the results from DH's SA about 1.5 weeks after he'd delivered the goods.

I can't remember how long we waited for dh's sa result actually, it was so long ago! The silly thing is they look at it the same day, its just all the ridiculous paperwork times! It might have been 2 weeks? I remember dh got a message from the GP's asking him to call for the results. That in itself told us it might be bad news. We were just about to go on holiday for a week so we decided to leave phoning for the results until we returned as not to spoil our Hol. Good luck, it should be any day now really. Do your docs let you know when results are in or do you need to phone? We get texts now!

Thanks for the replies- they have asked us to call again om Thursday just seems an age away and I get day 2 bloods on the 7th as well nothing happens quickly for us lot does it...xx

my dh's results took 2 weeks both times. I think my bloods took 2 weeks too.

I wish I could say it gets better when you get referred but it doesn't. my ivf mc was 5weeks ago and still don't have letter about follow up appointment.

Just popping on to say big congrats to metal! That's fab news for this thread! On a roll!

I hope everyone else is doing ok. Good luck to those doing iui, I hope they result in your bfp. Keep them coming ladies.

I have had a bit of spotting since thurs and had an early scan today but I'm only just over 5 weeks so didn't see much but did see the little sac in the right place. Getting another one next wed to check that it has developed, I'm staying positive that it will all go well.

Lovely to see another bfp on here, makes me :)

Hi ladies sorry I have been awol! So entering my fertile window but we have been trying since dec 2013 so don't hold your breath! Bloods next week and hubs has SA also. We are still trying ....!
