New thread for the rest of us to get our BFP's on, by whatever means!!!

Roxy for me even the squintiest of squinters on an ic at 8d2dt after ivf was a true positive, so you can't rule anything out. I've heard lots of women on these boards say they get stronger tests in the evening. is AF late? I think the best thing to do is get a frer. my squinter was a solid pink line on a frer at 9pm. sadly my ICs which had got stronger got squintier 6 days later and 4days after that my mc started. my long winded point is a line is a line is a line so you aren't out. fx for you.

Thanks both, I just got a BFN with a FRER so that's 1 positive IC, 1 possibly positive IC, 2 negative ICs and 1 negative FRER. I guess I'll see where we are in a few days - so disheartening though, it sometimes feels like it's just never ever going to happen for us :(

lildottie so sorry to hear about your MC, mine was only 2 days after my last BFP (before TTC and quite a surprise) so I didn't have much time to get my hopes up and it wasn't something I'd worked for - I can't imagine how devastating it must have been for you

I've no idea when AF is due - I keep track of them but there's no obvious pattern!

sorry for more bfns Roxy, its possible you had a cp given you had a bfp then the bfns.

hoping I've ovulated today based on the pain when we had sex last night, usually a sure sign for me! negative opk tonight which is first ive done this cycle. usually get a line pre ovulation but bugger all on this one so hoping for temp rise tomorrow.

lildottie ouch, pain doesn't sound too great a sign but you know your body better than anybody else! FX for a temp rise!

no its very inconvenient Roxy, feels like my ovary will burst with every thrust! but temp up this morning so this crazy post mc cycle is finally coming to an end!

Hi ladies- join you on this thread I'm 18m ttc now and I must say your an inspirational bunch! But gutted because this month we have had sperm analysis and we abstained before hand for the sanple which fell right on top of fertile window! Gutted! But as DH said 'it's not happened in the 18m prior this month won't make a difference' to the point but true!!!

Just been to the dentist and can't feel my face! Urgh hate this feeling! Its currently my fertile window so need to force dh kicking and screaming into dtd. Sigh, wish he was always up for it! Been having a few sex dreams lately, none involving dh of course!

ah Vic the dh free sex dreams! have to say I have these very rarely! actually when its not dh they are often nightmares! but we all gave them!
as for getting his goods maybe you could tie him to the bed!

After deciding we would really try hard this month its not really worked out. I seem to have ovd earlier than expected, probably that rogue follicle on my cd3 baseline scan! Had niggley pains cd8-neg opk. Faint line on opk cd10, niggley pains. Darker line cd11 plus copious ewcm. First time dtd. Cd13 faint opk, dried up Sahara foof, 2nd time dtd. Cd14 today and its all over!?

on the plus side starting iui is nearer if you ovd earlier Vic!

Now due on a weekend, presume calling the clinic on cd1 to arrange scan will be ok!

non. How you doing chuck? Question. How long approx is it from baseline scan to insemination? Trying to work out approx dates around our holiday, which will hopefully be in 2ww. I guess if gonna be few days earlier its looking more likely it will work out fine.

I'm almost scared to say it out loud ladies - but I think I might have a BFP!! Totally shocked, I have no symptoms whatsoever. It's still very early days at 10dpo, but I honestly thought this day would never come. Just rushed out to get a FRER for later to confirm it, but the line on the IC is actually pretty clear now and definitely pink!

Just had my insemination this morning. DH had a 99 million post wash count with 80% motility so very happy!

Vic my first baseline scan is cd5, normally mid-scan cd9, insemination has always fallen cd12 for each three rounds. I normally have a 27/28 day cycle ovulating day 14/15. I think the drugs tend to make you ovulate early.

Vic sounds like you should call on cd3 and pretend to be cd1!

Thanks ladies, I still can't believe it. But the FRER has a very strong second line, so it looks like I'm definitely pregnant again, pretty much one year on from my mmc! Now we just have to hope this one sticks...

As for what we did this month, it was the first month I've been taking inositol, and second month on CoQ10, plus folic acid of course and soy isoflavones from CD4-8. Also had cut down on booze and been doing low carb for a while. In terms of dtd we only managed CD10 &12, and then CD14 & 15 with ovulation on CD15 (earliest ever for me).

non that sounds very promising for you, hopefully you'll get your BFP next!

Fx for you too vic, as you can see from my example it's not always necessary to dtd lots to be successful. And if not then at least you won't have to wait too long for your IUI, like lil said.

Wow it got exciting here over the last few hours! Great news metal! You were on the verge of giving up weren't you? so am I everything crossed this works out for you. I take it you won't be taking that full time job now?!

non I just read the iui thread and was a bit sad you didn't reply to me, but its here instead! Phew! So it might not be 2 weeks til insem then... Do you have the gonal f for so long in the eve and then another one in the morn after about 7 days? Been so flipping long since my planning appointment don't remember a flipping thing!

How could I forget you Vic?? You can always PM me if you loose track of me. Gonal f was every day from cd5 to cd10 ( I did mine morning), trigger shot 9pm cd10, cd11 free from drugs, cd12 insemination. I've always been on 75 of gonal f, but this cycle cd9 and 10 upped to 150 to make sure the follie was ready as it hit over the weekend. At my mid-way scans on cd9 I peed on an ovulation stick which was negative each time. If you get a positive surge, they would just bring trigger and insemination early. Sounds more complicated than it is!
