Off the pill, period confusion

Hi ladies

Was hoping I could get some advice, so was on the pill for about 16 years came off it last November
4 weeks later I started bleeding however it wasn't normal it was kinda like spot bleeding. Never enough to have to use protection like tamptons etc. I've had this regularly now every month which lasts about 5-6 days of spot bleeding but not enough to use protection. Is this something to worry about ? Is it a period ?

I came off my pill in August last year and my body is still trying to settle.
My cycles are all over the place and whereas before I would have 6 day long periods that were heavy.. Mine are now lighter and last 2 days, 3 max!

They say it can take up to a year to return a 'normal' state, especially if you've been on a pill for 16 years! Just give your body some time to adjust :)
