Hey, sorry if this question sounds a bit immature or TMI, but my partner and I are trying for a baby and to be honest, I don't really see much sperm after we do it and none of it comes out of me after, (sorry for tmi) so I'm just a bit worried that he doesn't have enough to get me pregnant. I'm comparing it to previous boyfriends where there was always a lot of the stuff. Has anyone else experienced this and did you still get pregnant?

Sperm are miniscule and it only takes one!

If you have been trying for some time then perhaps both have a check up but otherwise dont worry, it really doesnt take a lot, i assure you.

Yes, we did get pregnant, but it took 2.5 years of trying.

I agree that if you have been trying for a year (9 months if you are over 30), then go and see your GP and ask for tests to be carried out on both of you.

How long have you been trying?

Sperm are microscopic so even in a tiny amount there are lots. But I agree that if you've been trying for a year and nothing is happening you need to see the GP.
