Soy Isoflavones help!

I'm ttc #1, cycle 6, decided to try soy isoflavones for the first time this month.
Started spotting on Monday (normal for CD1)
Light period Tuesday (normal for CD2)
I started taking soy on Tuesday night, 80mg, CD2
Took again last night, 80mg, CD3

My period pretty much stopped yesterday, I've been dizzy and nauseous for the last couple of days, and gone right off spicy food. I've also been really scatterbrained and forgetful, which is just not like me.

Anyone else had similar side effects? I don't know if I'm getting ill, or if it might be the soy, and if these are normal or I'm having an unusual reaction!
