Hi ladies

Am on my 2ww ttc no 2, have a 3yr old DS.
Got a smiley face on cb digital ov test on 24th Jan, and for past 3 days have light blood when wipe. I've also had slight cramping on and off for about 5 days. AF not due for another 6 days and I'm very regular normally.
I am fairly sure that this means I'm out and AF may just be coming early but based on the cramps and start of spotting, that would be around 10 days early! I'm really confused as this hasn't happened before and obviously analyse everything when ttc and worry that something is not quite right!
Don't think it's implantation bleed as its been going on for 3 days.
Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and has any wise words?!

Morning, I had exactly the same! About 9 days before period due (never had it with my 1st pregnancy) I'm now 5week preggo! Good luck x

Implantation really can take so many guises. With my son I had a dark brown 50p sized patch of blood in my knickers four days before my period. I knew that was really weird for me, so I tested and got BFP.

With my non sticky last year I had a smear of light pink on 7/8dpo and tested positive a few days later. Unfortunately that wasn't meant to be.

With this pregnancy (currently nearly 10 weeks pregnant and a great scan last Saturday). Not a hint of implantation bleeding. Nothing at all for me to suspect I was pregnant bar a positive hpt.

brambles I didn't have it with my first pregnancy either so that's why it seems so strange but good to know you got your bfp Grin
Did the bleeding last until your bfp?

Huge congrats sebsmummy I suppose it is different for everyone and every pregnancy.

It lasted for a day I think. Just a light pinkish blood when I wiped. All my early pregnancy symptoms so far have been totally different x

I'm in your shoes too! Ovulated towards the beginning of last week - unprotected, drunk evening at the same time.. Spotting on and off for 3 days now - but it comes and goes. Have it only when I wipe and didn't have any for 24 hours at one point. Really crampy. But I would be 7dpo? 9dpo at most? Cycle day 32. My cycles are usually about 35 -38?

Im thinking of testing at the weekend if nothing else happens - I'll be cycle day 35 on Sunday - so should know by then? Or at least show up as BFP?

Im due to test Tues and will try and hold out until then (no chance!) Unless I start bleeding more.

MrsG how are things?
I'm still bleeding! When I wipe I have light red bloody cervical mucus.
It's driving me potty now, just wish AF would arrive if its going to as I have never had this before so not used to it and don't fancy this up to AF then another 5 day AF!

Hey blondie! One small smear on a tissue at lunch time .. That's it. Sharp pain on my left hand side when I woke this morning and then a bit crampy this evening, but that's it.
My right nipple is super sore - if I touch it, it hurts for a good 5 mins afterwards!

When is AF due? Mine is Monday ish?

I have the dark blood when wiping too have had since Sunday night. Got a very faint positive on a sainsbury test on Tuesday but then read lots of horror stories about them giving false positives. Still getting the smudge of blood when i wipe so thinking af may be on the way. Dida first response today as is the day after was due and got the faintest of line with first morning wee. Still can't relax because of the bleeding and because surely line would be darker now if all was on. So I guess what I am saying is hopefully it is a positive thing that you are bleeding but not sure yet!

Have everything crossed. Had 3 me before D'S and really don't want to go through that again . All sounds promising for you too :)

For some woman it can be normal - like some appear to have periods throughout? Have you only just done the test?

I doubt I am pregnant.. My body just likes playing tricks! :) but would be nice to know either way what these cramps are...

No tests were taken Tuesday ( blue one) and this morning lines appeared in first couple of mine. just thought the one this morning might be a bit darker now. I guess only time will tell.

Monty have you missed your period yet? My tests started really faint at 8dpo but only really darkened significantly once id missed my period.

Ooh monty congrats! That FR test is the same faintness as when i did mine 4yrs ago and now he is fast asleep upstairs!
MrsG not due AF until Tues - if bleeding stops I may do a FRER on Sun morning but if it doesn't then I will wait. My right boob is very sore but I think that may be an ache from playing on the monkey bars with DS Blush

Right nipple is SOOOO itchy and sensitive!? Im so aware of it.. it aches and I have to rub it to stop the ache!
