So confused - prenatal vitamins?

I'm getting very confused about what vitamins are safe to take during pregnancy. We're about to start TTC and I normally take a daily multivitamin and a fish oil supplement - this one. The two supplements each contain 200mg of Folic Acid, and I understand you're supposed to have 400mg daily. The multivitamin also contains vitamin A, so I think I should stop taking it. Many of the specific pregnancy supplements also come with a fish oil supplement, so what I'm wondering is should I continue taking the fish oil and just replace the multivitamin with a Folic Acid supplement, or should I ditch both of them and go for a specific pregnancy multivitamin? Are they worth the money, or should I save my cash?
