It sadly ended in early mc but I'm set to go again and WILL get my BFP from AI so you were totally right in saying it can be just as successful! Hope you are settling into the madness of this bus!

Feeling the pressure this cycle...

Long cycles suck. CD31 right now. POAS yesterday but BFN. Trying to hold out until CD34 (my short cycle). I still feel like I have symptoms (specifically cramping and stabby pains as well as this general blegh feeling and feeling emotional - shitty week hasn't helped though so it could be that OR PMS!!).

I'm going to be crushed when my period comes... it's so hard to not be hopeful. I honestly have no idea how you women do it month after month.

I think part of my anxiety is now that DH is FINALLY on board with a baby (though he's specific about wanting it late Sept/early Oct... even though I told him that's not how it works!!) I sort of want to just get pregnant so he can't go back on it or stress out too much and get performance anxiety if it turns out we struggle a bit. Also, to be honest a big part is also that my DM and MIL's bday are in April (and MIL's is a big one) so the timing would work out well for an announcement.

Argh! Plus these long cycles mean I'm waiting 5 weeks between POAS and I'm not very patient!

I don't really know where I am... Feel like af is imminent but my temp was back to 36.59 at 4.30am (what is it about waking up for a wee at that time this week?!) so that's either 36.42 - 36.59 or if I use the 6am temp from yesterday then 36.69 - 36.59 which is a drop! X

miss I would demand the dye through my tubes at the very least. You need to know your tubes are clear. Ask to be referred to a fertility specialist.

Sammy, yesterday's temp should be discarded as you didn't get the full 3 hrs. It is completely invalid. Today's temp seems hopeful ( if you got the 3 hrs).

Pretty sure I did get the 3 hours last night, but feel like I usually do pre af so not going to get my hope up.

They are BFN charts Sammy, my temp plummets below the cover line the day before AF on both. So your chart is looking good still. Fx your temp stays high.
Tiny bit of snow here looks like it has turned to ice so the walk to work will be interesting.

Thanks Purple. I really feel like af is going to arrive today, but like you I've always had a drop below the coverline the day before, so perhaps it'll be tomorrow - that's when she's due to be honest, tomorrow or Sunday. I'm not hopeful.

We have a sprinkling too... Not sure what happened to the heavy snow they predicted, but I'm glad I don't have to drive through a blizzard to work! X

We've had snow here a couple days now. A good portion of it melted last night though. And we are lucky that as long as I can get out of our road, the rest of the roads are always gritted.

BabyBumpHopeful, please don't make your journey harder by imagining you can plan dates around events of stuff going on for your husband. That kind of thing can lead to great anxiety and crushing disappointment and I think you've mentioned you have anxiety issues. Please take the pressure off yourself by telling yourself this baby-making malarkey could very reasonably take a full year
