Implantation bleeding?!?

Hi all been trying to conceive for approx 2yrs normally have a cycle lasting approx 26-28 days. For past week have had very light brown/pink spotting and today started spitting bright red (no where near as heavy as my regular periods I normally bleed +++) tests say negative but I'm now on day 35! Does anyone think this could be pregnancy or am I getting my hopes up? Any advice greatly recieved!!

You can't be 100% sure without a blood test. Friend of mine has 3 kids. With 2 she never got a positive urine HPT.

It's important to go and get a blood test if you don't think things are right because of the risks of an ectopic.

Thanks so much for your response a lot heavier this morning but still not like normal have called nhs 111 as concerned might not be pregnancy related, however the gp who rang back stated could well have been but sadly not any more, I know these things often go un-noticed but arghhh so gutting!! Onwards and upwards eh?! Xx
