This morning i took a cheapy test and got a weird result!! The test line started off really much fainter than the correct line.. Are they suppost to be the same colour?? But throuout the day the test line as become darker but still fainter than other line??? What do u ladys think?

I don't think they need to be the same darkness/colour (the ovulation tests do) my first positive was really faint but it got darker over time.

I.e. Lines got darker over several tests taken on consecutive days.

Did you get a positive result? It's almost impossible to get false positive. So, congratulations

id take another test i got mine from the pound shop after my sister tried it from there after she already found out she was and the two they put in came up positive and so did mine and i had only just finished a semi period... and they both came up positive for me hes now coming 8 this yr...

in fact i told my doctor id brought it from the pound shop.. he just said there better test then ours felt my belly n that was that asked me my period told him about my semi one he told me 27/04/07 and he came out that exact date but the midwife said 25th?? now with all that equipment at the hospitals you'd of thought...

Wont let me upload a picture for some reason?? I think it was a pos result but dh was unsure so made me doubt it!! Will take another (different make) test tomoz

I'd say that's definitely positive. The line doesn't have to be as dark as the test line at all. Congratulations!!!

You'll probably get a darker line if you test first thing in the morning, but a faint line still counts ??

Ooohhh exiting! See i knew men no nothing!!! Im still gonna test in morning to get evaporation line out of my head!!! Thanks ladies
