Just found out BFP in shopping centre in shock

I posted a thread earlier today about a missed period and just gone to get test in lunch hour and couldn't wait as thought it was likely negative. Alas not and seeing. Two pink lines?! And I think this means BFP. I'm in total shock and don't know whether to phone my boyfriend or wait till later. In total shock x

I feel so stupid at not waiting to get home. I honestly do not know what to do now I have to go back to work. Oh my lord help me mumsnetters!

You don't have to rush to make any decisions. You might find it hard to concentrate at work this afternoon? If so, you could tell work you've suddenly come over all ill (faint, nauseous?) and then at least you can go home.

I had a shock positive once and I remember having a day where I could not go into work, I was in no state to work.

Thank you so much ladies i am in a state of shock I think so going to head home early and wait to see him. We had only just started chatting about this so hope all will be well. Yikes. Thank you so much again. Just bought folic acid and walked around the shopping centre three times the wrong way. Oh my lord....

Glad you can skip work this afternoon.

It is a bit scary, even if you had started chatting about it, the reality is a big deal to get your head around. Good luck and look after yourself.

haha Congratulations, I lost a good half hour of my life after seeing the 2 lines on the test. Couldn't tell you what happened as no recollection at all Grin complete shock!!

Congratulations. I also think it may be difficult to concentrate at work so good idea to leave early. I took the day off as I was all over the place with shock, mind we were trying for 4 years.
