I've been suffering from a stitch like pain on my left side, sort of next to my hip. I've also felt period esque cramps in my back and it's been quite uncomfortable. I had a positive OPK today so am wondering if this is what I could be experiencing. I get this occasionally and have wondered but it's quite uncomfortable today. Could it be ov cramps?
Either way. He's getting it tonight lol.
