positive OPK twice in 1 cycle? 1 week apart?

I'm well and truly confused. I had a positive OPK on CD18 which is normal for me but then today CD25 I've had another positive with a darker line that last week?

Anyone experienced this before and what was the outcome? Here's me thinking I only had 1 week of 2ww left!

Hi melon, are you temping as well or just using opks?
Apparently sometimes your body can hear up to ovulate giving a positive opk but not actually go through with it. It can then try again a bit later. This could be why you've had 2 lots of positives, unless of course you saw a temp rise with the first result?

The other possibility is that you're pg? Opks can gives positives when pregnant as the hormones are very similar. Have you got any pg tests? X

Hi. No I'm not temping, I can do without something else to obsess over! If I waa pregnant it'd only be 6dpo so wouldn't show up but I did do a cheapie test this afternoon and bfn. There's loads of conflicting opinions on the web about opks picking up pregnancy so I don't know what to think!

The same thing happened to me this month and has happened to me in the past. Turns out you can actually ovulate twice in a month! Check this out

So it is both true that your body might have tried and failed to ovulate - but it might be because your firing twice as many shots!

Melon if that's true and you can ovulate twice then you have double the chance this month!
I guess all you can do is assume you have ovulated again and dtd now!

Then work from both ov dates for af/bfp! Xx

.. just to add, if I go off the first ovulation date I had this month then I am 2 days late . If I go off the second one then I have to wait until Monday to test....

I should be somewhere around ov based on previous months but as I have promised to give up opks I'm not 100% sure! We're just going with lots of dtd and waiting to see my temp rise...

sigh..... I'm out totally thought we'd struck lucky this month. All the good signs and then boom the witch appears....

Hi all, I'm new here! Seen previous posts and seems like yous are all very friendly and help a lot of people!
Wondering if yous could help me... My periods aren't very regular.. Usually every 2-3 weeks for the past 4 month now... Anyways.. My last period was 3rd march and lasted 5 days. I had 2 positive ovulation tests 21st and 22nd march... I have randomly done another ovulation test and that was also positive. Anyone any idea what's going on??

I had a positive OPK CD15, 17 and then 21 🧐 I am sooo confused..!! I am 6 days away from my period. Any ideas? Should we DTD just incase we have another chance?

Hello just wondering of your opinions! I'm really confused, I got ovulation spotting and ewcm on cd 15, then everything went back to normal and now 4 days later on cd 19 I've got ewcm again, I'm so confused 😩 x
