Help please-confused by maternity policy wording!!

Hope someone can help. We're planning on ttc this year. For me to get the full maternity package from work I have to be "At least 1 year into the 15th week before the expected due date of child birth" I signed my new contract on Sept 1st 2014. So with that in mind, when can we start ttc?! I hope this make sense!!

Assuming that "At least 1 year into the 15th week before the expected due date of child birth" means you need to be at least 1 year into your contract at the point at which you are in the 15th week before childbirth, this means you would need to be no further on than 25 weeks pregnant as of 1 Sep 2015. Which suggests to me that the earliest you could start to TTC would be April, to be on the safe side?
