Hello!
I have been researching more into Pregnacare Conception and together with my ovulation having been delayed last couple of cycles which is then making my cycle length longer I think I may come off it and see if things return to normal.

I will just go back to taking folic acid.

HOWEVER, just to confuse me even more I have read that vitamin D is meant to be fab for fertility. So, my question is shall I just take folic acid or folic acid with vitamin D. I'm just so worried that taking something extra may mess my cycles up for longer but on the otherhand vitamin D has seemingly great effects and I can't find anything saying it delayed ovulation. Please help! Confused

Hi i went into Holland and Barrett today to get some advice on spotting and any vitamins that wold help with trying to conceive, the first thing she said to me was try Vitamin D its called vitamin d3 for some reason, she also said L"argine and selenium too, i asked if these vitamins would upset my cycle in anyway or cause me to have any symptoms from them and she said i should be fine on them, don't know if that is of any help x

I'm taking a multivitamin pre-natal which includes Vitamin D and Folic Acid. Figure it can't hurt!
