Going to start ttc during my beginning of March ovulation

But I've got my friends 30th on first weekend which will be 2 days after ovulation. Going to be a city break night out with lots of wine and dancing.
I have seen people say if I manage it in one go the egg doesn't implant until a week later but has anyone been given this advice by a GP?

The current advice is if your trying to conceive both you and DP need to be alcohol free. That comes from the Chief Medical Officer so your decision.

That came recently from a MP and in response the CMO is reviewing guidelines?
