I've had a quick scan through the past threads and couldn't immediately see anything on this. I seem to have a sudden tiredness hit immediately after when I think ovulation days have been.. does anyone else get this? It's fairly precise - almost like a split in the month to mark the 2ww starting - on saturday, last day of ov i think, i was in a great mood. then sunday my mood took a downturn, i felt exhausted and generally less optimistic about everything. dh knows that grumpy is back for the fortnight.

any thoughts anyone else??

Have good mondays too

I definitely lose the libido after I have ov'd, and I'm sure it is not just in my head, because this month my cycle was slightly shorter (which I didn't know at the time) and I just couldn't face BDing on the day I had calculated I should have been oving. Then AF arrived 12 days (as opposed to my usual 14 days) later, so that meant that we did BD at the right time, even though I thought at the time it was probably going to be too early. Anyway, it didn't result in a BFP but thought it interesting. Sorry, rambling....

Me too I'm horrendous for 2 weeks then great for the other 2.

Mine got so bad at one point that I was diagnosed with pmdd and took prozac for half of each month.
I was miserable, negative depressed, tearful, my joints ached. Horendous stuff.

It worked though, now I take starflower oil and eat very healthily in my bad fortnight avoid too much caffeine, alcohol and salt up the veggies and wholegrain.

Manage it fine most months but still have about 1 in 4 that's a killer.
