Do test or not to test that is the question

Couple of days late no over whelming pregnancy symptoms or AF symptoms.

Think I should wait but there is always that little of hope that makes you want to.

Are the cheaper pregnancy tests as accurate reliable as branded?

Don't have any pregnancy tests at home really don't want to spend lots of £££ for a BFN

oooh, well - what are the chances it is a normal fluctuation in your cycle? Do you tend to be regular? Have you been stressed or anything this month that might make you late?

Did you ovulate late maybe?

Always regular, AF was due sun. Don't track ovulation as found it made the whole progress more stressful.

No stresses recently.

Think I will just give it time. I hate the time in the cycle

Hi Op! The times I've got my bfp I've had no symptoms beyond bog standard pre-period cramps. The times I've been convinced with various symptoms, nope, nothing. So I would probably test in your shoes!

From reading on here, the real cheapie pregnancy tests are actually more sensitive than the branded ones, so no problem there.

I think there are minimum standards for these sorts of tests. I think the cost thing is in terms of marketing and ease of reading, so I'd pop into boots or sainsburys for a £1.99 cheapie when you go buy milk. :) just in case!

I agree - if you can bring yourself to do it, give it a few more days. Those BFNs are brutal. But, having said that I know I would be out there buying a test - I couldn't stop myself. Good luck!
