Is the first period after Mirena a real period?can I use it to work out ovulation?

Hey people in the know, got my Mirena removed 5th dec had 3 day bleed after, if this is a period I should be due today but no sign. Very keen to TTC, how long does it really take for AF to return. I have been feeling light headed for the last 4 days. It maybe in my head.

I really want to here from others who know the science behind these things, or who have first hand experience. I am already stressing myself...

My first period was a real one. And my last for another 9 months . I had my mirena out on 21st Jan, and DD2 was born on 2nd December. And she was 2 weeks late.
