yes, call me crazy but after a particularly devastating loss last year, I want to have as many babies as possible - well, 3 or 4 let's say - as close together as possible (influenced in part by my age - nearly 34)
So I finally have a beautiful little girl and would like to start ttc again while I am still bfing her - don't want to give up bf as am only too aware that I am lucky to be doing it - but any idea how I can coax those eggs to start popping out again? Have not had a period since the birth

all wisdon and advice gratefully received!!

Same boat as you - I think ive been told when the feeds go longer than 4 hours between, you have more chance of ovulating. If your really trying (im 20, so im alittle more relaxed time wise), maybe... try skipping some feeds on the breast, and swap to formula? (or express a good supply) so you have longer breaks sometimes)

Good Luck!

It is really down to luck and nature wheter you concieve breastfeeding. I would not restrict feeding schedules on the hope that pregnancy is more likley with spaced feeds and no night feeds. Just have unprotected sex and see what happens! My periods returned despite exclusive breastfeeding and DS2 was 7 months old when I conceived DS3. It was a great age gap - 16 months. DS3 was 5 weeks early.
