BBT charting question

Today I've woke up with a sore throat & occasional sneezing. I'm a bit sleepy but don't feel unwell. Should I record this on FF as it only has 'illness'?

I think I'm 5dpo & temps starting to rise anyway.

Me personally I would record it & put a note on about your sore throat.
