Time from 'obvious' symptoms to bfp?

Hi, in short. I thought 'it's too soon for symptoms, it's all in my head'
Until today
Very strong symptoms. Bfn Internet cheapie, but I was expecting this. Though I'd assume if these are real symptoms, it should only be a couple of days until bfp?

What have your experiences been?

What are your symptoms? It sounds fairly likely but it's difficult to say because every pregnancy is different.
