Fertility Friend has given me dotted lines - certain I didnt ovulate yet?! Is it wrong?

I just filled in my temp for today and FF has now said I ovulated three days ago. The only sign I can think of is that my temp has risen highly over three days. However, I had to use a BBT adjuster site to adjust my temperature due to very bad sleep last night; I use opks every day and they have been so completely negative and my cm only just changed to fertile. I was expecting the end of the week maybe to ovulate. Has anyone else found FF to be very wrong in ovulation prediction? Thanks!

What BBT adjuster did you use?
I've not heard of them before. I get very severe insomnia so I wonder if this would be helpful as I have very erratic temps.

I google 'bbt adjuster' and there are a couple I think. I use whenmybaby.com. I have had bad sleeping patterns the past few days and hope this influenced my chart as we have not been trying as we were so busy!
