Well as the title says :) I've chosen the worst time to get my act together and start my diet (again!!) I'm well overweight, in fact in classed as obese so I need to lose a tonne of weight. I know I need to be a healthy weight to conceive so there isn't much more of a motivator than the hope if a BFP :) I'm just counting calories until Christmas Eve (when we have our traditional Xmas eve meal of good old McDonalds!) and then back on track on the 27th when I will be returning to Slimming World.
If anyone fancies joining me, or even just to give me a kick up the arse, feel free :)

Yippee 11lbs off :D amazing considering I am craving crunchy peanut butter on pitta bread, peanuts, even the smell of them turn my stomach and now I can't get enough of it :/ 12lbs to go to be a non-high risk weight :D

Oh and pork scratchings too! But they're for the high salt content to keep my blood pressure up (I've been suffering a lot with low bp)

I'm holding steady atm. Had a cheat week because i couldn't keep up the no bread diet. I am addicted to bread, i needed a sandwich or two. Pleased that i had a bad week but no real gain. Grin

Morning ladies -2 this week which means -21 in total.

Af arrived yesterday boooo but last cycle was perfect 28 days (been 22-25 for as long as I can remember) maybe a coincidence but I'm taking it as a good sign.

Well done spam you are doing fantastically.

Keep going honey you have come so far. Everyone has cheat weeks. We can do this.

Hope everyone else is ok.

Well done spam and 21! I'm having a few weeks off diet ATM due to other stuff going on but my weight is holding steady at -14lbs. Will try abs resume next week!

so how is everyone doing? I am down to 75kgs now - a loss of 7kgs since xmas! hurrah :)

good old hard work and dedication are the key ... sadly no magic "bullet"!

watching what i eat (even gave up alcohol for 5 weeks) and exercise.

love to hear how the rest of you are doing. (I amnot doing so well on ttc though.... need to do the dance to do that!!)

Hi ladies! I am -18lbs this morning. Which fits with a 2lb a week loss. Although I did go about three weeks without losing anything. So think I can do better. Grin

Hi everyone I am still -21.

Not lost for the last two weeks but still exercising and eating healthily.

I am also not doing well on the ttc front. Had a couple of months off and feel better for it. This is our first cycle trying again.

spam I need some guidance. I've totally fallen off the diet wagon but need to get back on as I got a bfp this morning Shock and I just can't carry this weight (and more) through pregnancy!

Hi everyone, well done all on your ability to stay on the wagon - I sadly fell off a few weeks ago! Just getting back into it now and have had quite a good couple of days. Aiming to lose 2lbs per week, and 2st over all. It feels like the highest mountain to climb!!

Yippee! Congrats Takestwo! I wish I knew how it's coming off to be honest. I'm eating fairly normally but I'm not eating chocolate (and I'm a complete chocolate fiend) as I just don't fancy it. I've gone off meat too. I'm still stuffing sweets and crisps. I really should monitor how many calories I'm eating a day to see if I'm eating enough! I'm just eatingw hen I'm hungry, having treats if I want them but eating less treats. Part of me does wonder if I'm carrying a boy and the male hormones are balancing me out and settling my metabolism or something?!
laura everyone does at some point, I think sometimes you just need to get it out of your system, and when you do have a bad day or 10, they can help boost your metabolism as it's been used to having less to burn :)
