Rainy - glad your scan went well and that you feel reassured. Post-ectopic I'm also in the 'it's likely to take longer club' - so you're definitely not alone on that front, although hopefully this will be your lucky month.

Treacle - 9dpo is definitely too early for the vast majority of people, so I really wouldn't read anything into it, particularly as your symptoms are sounding really promising. Keeping everything crossed for you

Hi rosebud your opk looks just like mine did at the beginning of the week before the second line got fainter. As it was the first one I'd done I still don't know if I've missed ov, tried one yesterday and there was no second line at all, even after about 20 mins! Still got loads of ewcm though so dtd today anyway.

'Taking charge of your fertility' arrived yesterday and of course I got stuck in with educating myself. I hadn't realised that stress can delay ov.... I was very anxious over last weekend about a few things I had coming up at work during the week so I'm wondering whether this might explain the lines disappearing? Hopefully this is the case and Ill see a positive soon. It may mean I'll be hopping onto the jan bus instead though as AF was due 30th anyway so might be late now!

I have been frantically googling and I don't think my dip was implantation. My rise back up was gradual and not very high, unlike all of the ones I've seen online.

I have figured that we dtd the day before ov. I thought it was 2 days before, so I guess there is more hope.

Feeling pretty down today. I just know that AF is on the way. I have 2 red hormonal spots, one on my chin and the other on my neck. This is always a sign. Can I ask if anybody else has these skin changes that rule them out? I just so desperately want to be pregnant. It is heartening to read of all the bfps this month. Well done to those who have got theirs and I guess it's over to the January bus for me.

Have had a busy month so haven't been posting much on Mumsnet.

I'm two days from period due/test date on CD 30. I tracked my cycle carefully and it seems I'm back on a normal cycle after months of having 6-8 week ones. I got a positive OPK on CD 17 and a BBT dip on CD 16. Unfortunately DH travelled for business so the last time we had sex before he left was CD 15.

I would like to be hopeful but not sure given when we last DTD. Will update in a few days.

Cariad- we can keep each other company then but hoping we can move over to the antenatal threads together soon x

So who knows what's going on!!! Headaches galore though! To wait till AF due next Friday or test early...?! Mmm...

I've been laying low to prevent me from obsessing too much. However major obsessive- ness rant on the way....

Congrats to those with bfp's and heartfelt bummers to those with af or bfn

So I'm feeing in limbo at the moment. This month I decided to try cb digital opk as I normally use cheapie eBay ones. I decided to use both at the same time to compare. I was due to ov today and cheapie had me as positive thurs / fri but cb negative. Cb is still negative today and cheapie opk are now getting faint again. Boobs have started hurting which I always get after ov so I fear I've missed it. We only dtd on wed and fri night and have now just dtd for luck but I'm worried I haven't done enough. Anyone else experience probs with diff opk's?

My ic opk are rubbish. Only tried Tesco own and they were much better. But I get so many signs of ov I don't know why I bother!

My turn to be 8dpo and off on work Xmas party. Wearing boots socks and tights tho as had to get the bus and its freezing out! Don't do heels! Having one maybe 2 wines....
