TTC had PID

Hi, I am TTC, have normal periods etc, but I did have pelvic inflammatory disease 12 years ago and I am now worried sick that I may be infertile because of it. Has anyone else conceived after having this?

i did after an m/c, in fact quite common to get an infection when go through an mc.

As long as these infections are treated quickly there is no reason for them to cause any long term problems.

I think you need to get an internal scan done to get confirmation that everything is ok

Thanks for that. Think I only had it mild as I just had stomach ache and was put on antibiotics wihin a week of having symptoms.
