Just thought I'd get the January bus started! The heaters on, the tunes are turned up and the seats are pretty comfy :)
I know there's a couple of others like myself who won't be POAS until January time so we have a bit of time to get cozy on the bus.
I'm Spam, my hubby is having a reverse vasectomy in a couple of weeks so my earliest hope of a BFP is 4/5th January :)

Evening everyone. Feeling much better today and fingers crossed the cystitis pain has passed. Still loading up on liquids and over the counter sachets although I shouldn't really take them as I have kidney problems. I couldn't manage with the pain for 2 days until I could see a doctor.
AF still hasn't fully arrived so am a bit about that.
New year, new optimism. I will get healthy and more motivated. I will get more sleep so I actually have energy to DTD!

Thanks glittery! So even if it's just really late count on?? I do use an app which is what helps me normally but this being 10 days late has thrown me off!

Tested this morning BFP - did an IC in bed with OH (after peeing in a container) I think he was dissapointed, as my boobs were still sore I was still hopeful. Driving home from my parents I had cramps and AF has started properly. It appears I've had my first episode of spotting!

So on to cycle 5 due at the end of this month so I'm sticking with this bus for now. I've orders some more stuff from amazon (along with part if DH's birthday present). I have a BB thermometer, some soy isoflavones (90/50mg for £10) some more OPK's and PG tests. Should keep me going for a while!

I currently use a free period tracker app - which I find useful.

Nailgirl I had heartburn from day 1 of my first pregnancy until the day after my DC was born - not fun!

I have had heartburn for the last several weeks but have just figured out by accident that it's the damn folic acid giving me heartburn and nausea! I'm taking it at night now which seems better.

Apparently CD1 is the first day that you wake up with bleeding.
I've been taking B6 to lengthen LP too. Apparently long term use of high does can give you pins and needles in hands and feet. I accidentally ordered an extra B6 in the shopping, it's free to anyone that wants-PM me.

Wish I could help with queries but I'm a first timer and novice. Think am ovulating at the moment so need to dtd though I have sinusitis. Feel bad as I tensed up the other day, having a massive gin to relax me beforehand. Medicinal innit.

Fifi I completely get you! I tried explaining my app to him the other day and he said it was too serious (even though we are only monitoring cm and dtd when I should be fertile) and I said that this is the low science method. Then told him about opk and bbt monitoring and he looked rather scared!

Tessie hi ! Can I ask- how do you know you ovulate on second day of LH high? Is it because your temp rises?? I'm also wondering if I'm doing smep correctly- eod until positive OPK then day of, day after, next day, miss a day then next day? That right?!

Rainy computer games suck! How frustrating!!! Hope you managed to get some dtd action today to start the new year!! I'm also on my CB smiley face today too and dtd earlier. According to the smep I need to do Tomor, the next day and miss a day then again.. So 3 to go!
