Hi all, Hoping someone can help.

I am 30 (31 in March) have been TTC since March 2014 , regular (ish) periods approx 30 - 35 days and they last approx 5 days. I have positive OPK each month and usually feel some cramping around then.

Does the OPK mean I have definitely ovulated?

I am 5ft 2 and approx 79 KG so I know I am fairly overweight but I am working on that - fitness classes & diet. I have a fair bit of dark facial hair - does this mean I have PCOS?

Sorry if the questions seem stupid I have tried to Google to questions but I get conflicting information there so hoping someone here is able to help.

Hi pebble
A postive opk doesn't mean u def ovulate. It means u get ur lh surge and ur body gears up...but doesn't mean you ovulate...
getting a day 21 progesterone from ur gp is the best ways to know u def ovulated.
Hope u get lucky soon
