evening primrose

Anyone using it and any positive stories? Am thinking of trying it to help increase cm but have read that it can delay ovulation so not sure

I used it last cycle and definitely increased ewcm and didn't notice any other side effects at all.

I use it and would definitely say it increased my ewcm. No bfp so far though...
