Ovulating with Mirena

I had the Mirena coil in for 4 months. The first month I had some bleeding for a week or so after having it in, and then had a couple of weeks period. I then had a week with no bleeding. And then my period started again, and lasted for 10 weeks. It stopped for a couple of weeks and then started again for a week or so. I then had the coil out and had withdrawal bleeding for 4 days and have now had over a week with no period.

My question is, is it possible that I ovulated while bleeding with the coil in? And is it possible to ovulate while having withdrawal bleeding?

I don't know about ovulating but I do know that I had the mirena out in June and my periods and spotting are all over the place -still! My cycle seems to be between 26 and 38 days with brown spotting during the month to, it's so annoying , my cycle is all over the place so still have no idea if I am ovulating or not : /

That must be really frustrating! My cycle was a complete mess when I had the mirena in so I'm hoping that it will settle down now that it's out. Saying that, I have no idea what my cycles will be like as I've been on bc since I was 16 (now 23!).
