So, one night's unprotected sex at 45yo. What are the chances?

I can't believe I've got to 45 without a single unplanned pregnancy scare but I had drunken, unprotected sex last night.

My periods have never been very regular, anything from 21 days to 36 days but nothings changed, they're still as regular as they ever were.

Yesterday was day 14!

So, do I need to overcome my embarrassment and get to the chemist, or ivo my age are the chances pretty slim?
