What's the difference between AF and Implantation?

Hello fellow TTCers!

I'm sorry I know there are probably thousands of threads about this but does anyone have any direct experience of what implantation bleeding is like?

Thought I was pg almost 90 % sure but then CD30 started spotting and CD32 started a light bleed, not like a normal period but still too much to look like implantation bleeding. Did a test and was negative and all my symptoms have gone! So was it all in my head?

I had a small implantation bleed and it was just a few small brown spots - no red. It was totally different to my normal AF.
