feeling like i've wet myself a symptom of very early pregnancy?!

I'm approx 7 dpo and been feeling very wet to the point I keep going to loo to check I've not wet my pants .

This is unusual for me and AF isn't due til the 15th (give or take day).

Dare i get my hopes up?
