Is it normal

Had two mc's and doc won't do anything till we get to 3 mc or 9 months after last. Both were blighted ovums.

Since the mc I now have two days of brown spotting before AF is this normal?

Spotting before AF can be a sign of low Progesterone. What is your cycle like usually? length etc

It can take quite a bit of time after a MC to get back to 'normal'. For me it takes around 3 months (I've had two early natural MCs).

Thanks for reply. Yes I have a regular cycle avg 27 days long. Last Mc was in may so was hoping I would be over it by now. Not sure if I should try doc again as I didn't mention sporting last time.
